How do I create a home screen icon for the webpage on my apple or android phone?
Navigate to www.quillenstudents.com. Click on the logo on the bottom (or side on some android devices) of the screen and select, "add to home screen." Select the name for your icon and click add. You now have a home screen icon similar to an app.
How do I change my ETSU password?
Click here for the ETSU password reset page. You can also reset your password from the D2L page.
How often do I need to change my ETSU password?
The password will need to be reset every 90 days. You can reset your password to your current password. However, if your password expires, you will no longer be able to use the same password. Don't let your password expire!
How do I check my transcript grades?
Log in to GoldLink. Select "My Quillen Info." Then select the term you want to view.
How do I speed up videos?
There are several options for this. For youtube, go to https://www.youtube.com/html5 and enable the ability to speed up youtube videos.
On chrome, you can use Video Speed Controller. It allows you to change the speed in 0.1 increments and works on Youtube, Tegrity, Vimeo, and Najeeb! Click here to download.
